Appointments

Free Initial Consultation:  All clients (except stop smoking clients) can enjoy a free 30 minute initial consultation ($60 value).. Here is an opportunity to discuss with Sheridan in confidence what you would like assistance with. It's a great chance to address any further questions or concerns about hypnotherapy.

After the consultation you can either continue into your first hypnotherapy session or take more time to think about it. You are under no obligation to proceed any further.

Number of Sessions:   After the consultation Sheridan will be able to give you an idea of how many sessions you will require. Generally, the majority of problems can be helped in three to eight sessions.

Hypnotherapy is a rapid and brief therapeutic technique, recognising that no one wants to spend their hard earned money on therapy any longer than they need to. 

Private Sessions:   The first session is the intake of client information. Each hypnotherapy session is custom-tailored session to your individual needs. You will be hypnotized in the first session. You will relax and be very comfortable in my recliner chair.. There is nothing you have to do, except relax and enjoy the experience. Hypnosis is alway very relaxing, very enjoyable and very verry safe.

Small Classes:   While the one-on-one sessions are individualized, and powerfully effective; if you have the motivation and desire to succeed at your goals, group sessions (small classes of 6-8 people) are economically a great option.
