Confidence…

essential to a healthy and happy life

How many ways has your Lack of confidence
held you back from financial, business, social,
and even romantic success… really!

Have you ever had a teacher, a parent, or a boss make you feel inadequate at a time when you were either too young, to stressed, or too emotional to defend yourself? When we are young or when we are stressed, our subconscious will accept what is being said to us as truth and it becomes a part of our inner identity. Once it becomes a part of our identity all of our actions will reflect that erroneous belief. This belief is stored in our subconscious and will stay there until it is changed. You can not do this consciously...it must be changed at a subconscious level...and guess what? ...HYPNOSIS can do that for you.

The 3 Biggest Myths of Self-Confidence Are:

1) You have to be born with it.

Not true, self-confidence is a set of skills that can be learned, just like learning to drive or play a game.

2) If you’ve had your confidence destroyed, it’s gone for good.

Wrong. It may take a greater leap of faith to start building it back up, but once you're there you'll be much hardier than you were before and less likely to have your confidence shaken again.

3) I’ll know I’m confident when I can be sure I’ll succeed at something new.

How can you know you’ll succeed when you’ve never done something before?

Confidence is much more about tolerating uncertainty; and being cool with not knowing what is going to happen.

Self-Confident

Low Self-Confidence

Doing what you believe to be right, even if others mock or criticize you for it.

Governing your behavior based on what other people think.

Being willing to take risks and go the extra mile to achieve better things.

Staying in your comfort zone, fearing failure and so avoid taking risks.

Admitting your mistakes and vowing to learn from them.

Working hard to cover up mistakes and praying that you can fix the problem before anyone is the wiser.

Waiting for others to congratulate you on your accomplishments.

Extolling your own virtues as often as possible to as many people as possible.

Accepting compliments graciously. “Thanks, I really worked hard on that prospectus. I’m pleased you recognize my efforts.”

Dismissing compliments offhandedly. “Oh that prospectus was nothing really, anyone could have done it.”
